We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 4 years of experience in civil engineering. This full-time position requires the applicant to work from the office.Key Responsibilities:- Site Supervision: Oversee construction activities on-site to ensure they are carried out according to design specifications and safety standards.- Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.- Material Management: Monitor the usage of construction materials and ensure they are delivered on time and used effectively to minimize waste.- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to guarantee that all work meets quality standards and complies with regulations.- Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate reports and logs of site activities, progress, and any issues encountered.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations is essential. Proficiency in using engineering software for design and planning is preferred. Effective communication skills are necessary for coordinating with team members and stakeholders. Managing all B2B selling operations and activities within a particular territory; Preparing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients; Generate Business, Payment follow up etc; Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards; Must have: Closing skills, client relationships, and presentation and communication skills; Client acquisition, retention, enhancement; Achieve sales target for the area allotted in project sales; Do technical as well as commercial meetings on behalf of the company with clients; Prepare BOQ Specification, proposals and Proforma invoice; Identify upcoming projects and specify our products in projects BOQ; Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local and globalcompetitors; Follow-up with existing clients; Applicator Management or Technical assistance by ensuring the right set of partner applicators are on board.
