Civil Site Engineer - Full Time

A Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising construction activities at project sites and ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. They coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers to ensure the smooth execution of civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.

-Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

-Monitor construction quality and resolve technical issues.

-Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.

-Prepare site reports, progress updates, and material requirements.

-Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.

-Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.

-Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

-Measure work completed and verify contractor bills when required.

-Maintain proper site documentation and records.

Required Skills:

-Knowledge of construction methods and civil engineering principles.

-Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

-Good problem-solving and communication skills.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.

-Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Relevant site experience is preferred.
