The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the airworthiness of the fleet.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee Airworthiness Requirements: Ensure that all aircraft comply with regulatory airworthiness standards, maintaining safety and operational efficiency.- Conduct Regular Inspections: Organize and carry out inspections on aircraft to detect any issues that could affect safety and performance.- Maintain Maintenance Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all aircraft maintenance and repairs, facilitating easy access to information for future audits or inspections.- Coordinate with Maintenance Teams: Work closely with maintenance personnel to address any airworthiness issues promptly and effectively.- Implement Safety Procedures: Develop and enforce safety protocols to mitigate risks associated with aircraft operation and maintenance.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve airworthiness issues. Good communication skills are necessary to collaborate with various teams and report findings effectively. A basic understanding of aviation regulations and maintenance practices is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn will be essential in this role.
