You will be responsible for ensuring that our equipment is installed on stable foundations, fits seamlessly into client infrastructure, and meets all safety and engineering standards.Key Responsibilities:Site Survey & Assessment: Visit client sites (factories, food plants, or mines) to evaluate floor load capacity, space availability, and structural requirements.Foundation Design: Design and supervise the construction of concrete or metallic bases/platforms required for heavy-duty industrial metal detectors.Technical Drawings: Prepare and interpret structural layouts and site-specific installation plans using AutoCAD.Installation Supervision: Lead the on-site installation team to ensure equipment is aligned perfectly and securely fixed to the structure.Vibration Management: Analyze and mitigate site vibrations that could interfere with the sensitive electronic sensors of the metal detectors.Coordination: Liaise with the clients engineering department to ensure seamless integration into their existing conveyor or piping systems.Cost Estimation: Prepare material and labor estimates for foundation work and site modifications.
