We are looking for a Production Technician to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role involves overseeing and supporting the manufacturing process to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Candidates should have experience ranging from 1 to 7 years and must hold an I.T.I. or Diploma qualification.Key Responsibilities:1. **Equipment Operation:** You will operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring they function correctly and efficiently to meet production goals.2. **Quality Control:** You will monitor the quality of the products during the production process, checking for any defects or deviations from specifications.3. **Troubleshooting:** When issues arise with machinery or any part of the production process, you will identify the problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.4. **Documentation:** You will keep accurate records of production runs, including materials used, output levels, and any issues encountered during the process.5. **Team Collaboration:** You will work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate production schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a strong technical background in machinery operation and maintenance, along with excellent problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring the highest product quality. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are also essential. Process 3D model print request activities: 1. Receive and prioritize all requests 2. 3D printed model post-processing.3. Manage queues and executes 3D prints 4. Inspect 3D Printed models for quality 5. Package and process shipping 6. Confirm completion, update logs and notify recipients Assist with repair, upgrade, and installation of various software and hardware related to the Digital Manufacturing Laboratory facility. Maintain and operate various types of 3D printers and related technologies. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and accomplish tasks.
