We are seeking a PPC Engineer to join our team in Waluj. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field. This is a full-time office-based role.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and Prepare Production Schedules: You will develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely execution of orders and keep track of resources needed for production.- Monitor Production Processes: You will oversee the production process, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.- Analyze Production Data: You will collect and analyze data related to production, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.- Coordinate with Various Departments: You will collaborate with teams in engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to facilitate a seamless flow of information and materials.- Optimize Resource Allocation: You will assess current resource utilization and implement strategies to optimize manpower and machine usage.- Maintain Inventory Levels: You will monitor inventory levels to ensure that materials are available for production without excess stock accumulating.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Proficient in using production management software and tools.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
