Manpower handeling Daily Shift planning labour planning

Responsibilities Around 2 years 6 Years of relevant work experience with Agro-chemical industry, Pharma API Industries, Speciality Chemical Industries, Pestiside Chemical Industries. CSupervise and execute daily production activity as per micro plan and check make shift wise production. If production is not achieved as per plant capacity due to break down and inform to Engineering Dept & plant in charge/seniors. To resolve breakdown in minimum time, inform seniors, make alternate arrangements, and coordinate with Engineering Team and resolve issue. To ensure working in line as per defined operational control and run process as per log sheet, standard operation procedure (SOP) and work instruction (WI) and record data in log sheet by maintaining safety requirements using safety PPEs To minimize change over time, perform decontamination of equipment as per procedure. To take RM stock and inform to plant in charge for reservation of RM To control and reduce wastage during performing operation activities. To follow shift schedule, Handover the charge of shift to the next shift supervisor/officer, communicate plant status to plant shift in charge/plant in charge at every shift end and production figure communication to plant in charge in order to ensure smooth operations with optimum efficiency. Awareness of Quality and Safety policy and Qality and Safety objective. To collect QC result from Lab, inform QC person for FG sampling and arrange labor during sampling. To ensure best quality products are produced without any batch failure. To support in executing monthly plan issued by Plant In Charge HOD. Utilize shop floor contract workers as per requirement with safety PPEs.

Job Description :- a) To lead in the execution of project/order assignments received from the Management.b) Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget.c) To understand the requirements of the project/order, budgets and schedules.d) To submit the manufacturing schedule to customer and monitoring of schedule till the order completion.e) Reporting and escalate to Management as & when needed.f) Technical coordination with customers and to update the progress time to time. g) Coordinate with different task managers like design, planning, procurement, production, QC and dispatch to ensure on time delivery.h) Ensuring and arrange resource availability and allocation to avoid any kind of delay.i) Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs if any.j) Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/customers.k) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Qualifications and Experience :-- At least 5 years relevant experience; preferably in equipment manufacturing for steel / cement / Mineral / Power sector.- Bachelors degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.- Thorough understanding of Quality Principles, Standards, Engineering Drawings and Processes etc.- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in trouble shooting in case of any conflict.- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and multi-tasking skills.
