Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.Key Skills & Competencies: Hands-on experience in production or assembly lines, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and preventive maintenance. Working knowledge of productivity tools like ERP, SAP, or similar systems is an advantage. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
