Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Representative engineer to join our team DDS International. This role involves acquiring new clients through our online channels such as Indiamart & other Social media platforms and driving business growth, building relationships with customers. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. Key Responsibilities:* Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.* Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.* Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.* Maintain a record of activities and ensure timely follow-ups.* Manage enquiries from Indiamart and other channels such as website and social media.Job Requirements:The minimum qualification for this role is B.tech in electronics and communication or equivalent and Experience Range 0-1year. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile.

During your time with Probus Smart Things, You would be working on product lifecycle, including processors, controllers, and sensors understanding, design algorithms and communication protocols, to enable product as per its designed parameters and make it commercially viable. You would directly contribute to and influence the ultimate client outcomes we care so much about. Your development work will allow business assets (engines, factory equipment, trains, etc.), sensors, platforms, applications, and more to communicate with one another and drive action.Preferred Skills & Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics engineering, and Mechanical Engineering Prior experience in C/C++ Interest in in learning new tools, coding languages, and design algorithms Contributing product design and development life cycle Clear understanding of electronics basics Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Roles & Responsibility :1. Sales & marketing of electronics components (semiconductors) to electronic product manufacturing companies.2. Update customer visits & calls in CRM on a daily or weekly basis.3. Closing of orders with customers by consistent follow-up.4. Provide technical support with the help of the technical support team.5. Follow-up call with customers on repeated orders on a quarterly basis.6. Regular customer visits every week.7. Should be ready to attend sales training overseas based on OEM recommendation8. Attend product training at headquarters & sales review meetings in Bengaluru every quarter.9.
