Ensure correct crimping, terminal torque, and high-grade insulation according to engineering drawings.Testing & Quality Control: Perform End-of-Line (EOL) testing on battery modules and powertrain components using digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and insulation testers (Megger testing).Software Flashing & Calibration: Flash firmware, upload vehicle-control software, and calibrate parameters using specific automotive diagnostic scanning tools.Troubleshooting & Rework: Diagnose assembly-line faults, communication errors (CAN bus/LIN bus issues), and short circuits.
