Key Responsibilities:Preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation including Local Files, Master Files, and 3CEB forms.Conducting functional, asset, and risk (FAR) analysis for group entities.Performing benchmarking studies using appropriate databases (Prowess, Capitaline, etc.).Gathering financial data and supporting documents for intercompany transactions.Assisting in TP assessments, notices, and litigation support.Coordinating with internal teams and clients for data collection and clarifications.Ensuring timely delivery of reports with accuracy and compliance.Key Requirements:B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / CFA Level I or II.Minimum 13 years of direct experience in Transfer Pricing assignments.Strong working knowledge of Indian TP regulations and international guidelines (OECD).Hands-on experience with Excel and TP benchmarking tools.Excellent documentation and research skills.Ability to work under tight timelines and multi-task effectively.
