The primary purpose to work with the Senior Pricing Analyst to help the technical pricing element of our Financial Lines and Specialty business placed in the London Market. The key areas of the role are: Deliver and maintain pricing, reserving and analytical solutions for all underwriting lines Recommend initiatives to enhance underwriting profitability Measure impact of underwriting actions, rate change, renewal retention, new and lost business Support the collection and maintenance of pricing/reserving data Help present and promote our pricing/reserving approach to insurance capacity peer group actuaries Qualifications Minimum 2:1 degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics or related field Progress towards FIA qualification, but not essential. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with pricing data, assist in preparing quotations, and respond to business opportunities by efficiently coordinating deals. Price procurement from various shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and other vendors. Handle any issues related to containers like Containers availability, Container temp issues, Container conditions & Others. Experienced in pricing and negotiation with all shipping lines. Searches and collects different rates from the shipping line to provide the customer with different pricing scenarios capable of hitting within the time Frame & getting business on board. Handling pricing with the best freight to support team in business from new & existing customers. Maintain Liner contacts in Nhava-Sheva & Mundra Having business mindset & Strong follow-ups ability. Coordinate with liner to procure current rates and space and update to Key Account Managers To mediate and resolve any documentation and operational issues with linersKey Skills:Freight Forwarding, Logistics, MS OfficeQualification:Any Graduate / Post Graduate with experience in Freight Forwarding Industry. Analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and cost data to develop competitive pricing strategies.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing aligns with business objectives and client needs.- Evaluating and improving pricing models and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.- Providing support and expertise to our sales and account management teams, helping them to craft compelling proposals and quotations.- Monitoring pricing performance and adjusting as necessary to maintain competitiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and accurate entry of Fragrance ingredients prices by product and customer into the SAP system for India Middle East Africa region (IMA). Effectively support to the daily price quotation request from the regional commercial team within the agreed lead time, considering manufacturing planning scenarios, batch order sizes, minimum order quantities, payment terms, standard pack sizes, incoterms, margin targets and other commercial context. Working closely with the sales and customer care teams to identify and analyze discrepancy between SAP prices & order prices and resolve pricing issues in a timely and proper manner. Create and periodically update the Regional Portfolio Price Lists with precision Monitoring the profitability of the business and fixing the margin leakage Enforce Pricing rules and policies through Pricing Process Build and develop regional Pricing Dashboards/insights to deliver value insights to the organization Support implementation of LPM (List Price Management) tool into the Region Building proactive partnerships with all key stakeholders in the pricing process. (Commercial, Technical, Marketing, Supply Chain, Controlling teams)We value: Bachelors / masters degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in pricing or costing. (Analyst experience with purchasing, logistics, or production management will also be considered) Requires a strong aptitude for working with numbers and strong Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential Knowledge of SAP or any ERP, Qlik Sense or other BI tools for dashboarding Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with many people from different locations and cultures Must have great attention to details Versatility, flexibility, ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and formulate recommendation

PRODUCT MANAGER,Product Planning Understand the product portfolio from the country product manager and market competitive situation. Assist the sales branch to plan the right product. Plan forecast for next 2 to 3 months.Supply Chain Management Monitor sales/ inventory/ FCST, maintain reasonable run-rate of inventory. Analyze sales/ inventory report to come out with an actionable plan for ageing stock liquidation.Sales initiative Take the initiative of making a billing plan and work closely with the branch sales team to execute it. Grow the business by identifying business opportunities.Analysis Analyze internal and external data and come out with actionable insight. Conduct competitive analysis.Coordination Work with country product manager to have a good alignment of product planning and sales planning. Work with distributors and ASUS distribution team to ensure smooth supply of each product segment. Work with other departments in head office if required. Work very closely with the branch sales team to grow the business.
