Well Conversant on HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and MEP related projects with site execution with understanding drawings preparation of material & document submittals.Should be experienced in site execution & Project management.Should be experienced in Testing, Commissioning of HVAC Projects, specially Air Balancing, Water Balancing & generating various reports related to HVAC services.Familiar with all the Inspection procedure & quality related to above.Capable to lead the site team & manage manpower.Good knowledge of EC Fan, Air Cooled Chillers, AHU etc.Preparation, Verification & Certification of Erection bills with measurements.Should be comfortable for working in any state in India.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks, malfunctions, and compliance with local plumbing codes.Assemble, install, and repair valves, pipe fittings, and pipes made of metal or plastic.Install and maintain water heaters, dishwashers, sinks, toilets, and other plumbing appliances.Collaborate with contractors and construction teams for remodeling or new installation projects.Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.Respond to emergency plumbing calls outside of normal working hours as needed.
