The ideal candidate will have experience in operating injection moulding machines and a strong understanding of the manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:- Machine Operation: You will operate and monitor injection moulding machines to ensure they are running smoothly and producing quality parts.- Set Up and Calibration: You will be responsible for setting up the machines according to specifications and calibrating them for optimal performance.- Quality Control: Regularly check the output for quality assurance, ensuring that the parts meet the required standards and specifications.- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the machines, such as cleaning and minor repairs, to keep them in good working order.- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process, working to resolve problems quickly.- Record Keeping: Maintain records of production data, machine settings, and any issues faced during operations to help improve processes.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in injection moulding. A good understanding of moulding processes, materials, and machinery is essential. You should be able to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards are crucial. You should also have basic math skills and the ability to lift materials as needed. Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade and should ideally be male, as per company requirements.
