job description of qc inspector for outsourced material inspection:

1- good technical knowledge.

2- good communication skills.

3- resolve quality-related issues promptly.

4- read specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

5- activity/instruments/communication/sop/solutions.

6- proficiency in ms office/sap/presentation skilled.

7- knowledge of customer support is preferable.

8- customer complaint handling knowledge with all investigation analysis, report and capa preparation

10 - ability to work independently to carry out all assignments of qa/qc activity.

11 -instruments handling knowledge with calibration.

12-perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

13-reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.

14-read specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

15-measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.

16-recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

17-document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

18-supervise the production process.

19-resolve quality-related issues promptly.

working days : monday to saturday | office time - am - pm
