As a Mechanical Fitter, your primary focus will be on performing mechanical fitting, assembly, and installation tasks. You will work in the office located in Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram, and are expected to have 2 to 3 years of experience, as well as a diploma in a relevant field.Your key responsibilities will include reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and measurements accurately. You will fabricate, cut, drill, grind, and weld various structural and mechanical components necessary for assembly. Additionally, you will carry out maintenance and repair activities on equipment to ensure it operates efficiently.To succeed in this role, you should possess strong skills in mechanical fitting and assembly processes. A clear understanding of mechanical drawings is essential, as is proficiency in using fabrication tools such as drills, grinders, and welding equipment. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure that all components are fitted correctly and meet safety standards. You will need to be comfortable working full time from the office and will not be required to travel outside this location. A good understanding of basic computer skills may be advantageous.
