Roles & Responsibilities:* Imparting product related training to new sales field staff.* Conducting refresher training for existing sales field staff.* Evaluating training participants on set standard parameters.* Training sales field staff in soft skills.* Arranging logistics for training.* Developing product related content.* Developing training initiatives for improving in clinic effectiveness of sales field staff.* Preparing & conducting e-learning modules.* Maintaining database of training participants.* Handling training app with reference to its day to day implementation. Desired Candidate Profile:* Candidate should be B. Sc/ B. Pharma/ MBA with a minimum 1-2 years training/ sales field experience in a pharmaceutical company. * He should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in English & a flair for imparting training.* Good basic anatomy & pharmacology knowledge is a must.
