roles & responsibilities:

* imparting product related training to new sales field staff.

* conducting refresher training for existing sales field staff.

* evaluating training participants on set standard parameters.

* training sales field staff in soft skills.

* arranging logistics for training.

* developing product related content.

* developing training initiatives for improving in clinic effectiveness of sales field staff.

* preparing & conducting e-learning modules.

* maintaining database of training participants.

* handling training app with reference to its day to day implementation.

desired candidate profile:

* candidate should be b. sc/ b. pharma/ mba with a minimum 1-2 years training/ sales field experience in a pharmaceutical company.

* he should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in english & a flair for imparting training.

* good basic anatomy & pharmacology knowledge is a must.
