Diploma in Pharmacy / Bachelors in Pharmacy /B.sc. Nursing2. Must Be from CBSE/ICSE Schooling Background with Good Academics.3. Good Writing Skills & Typing Accuracy in English is Mandatory.4. System Proficiency mandatory.5. MS office Package proficiency.6. Typing Speed in English With 25-30 WPM .Duties and Responsibilities Produce regular quality reports and statistics Assist in the planning and running of an efficient Quality Control Check Reports Preparation in MS Office Package in Branch operation Department. Support and maintain works of Branch Operations & Reporting. Ensure all quality data requirements are accurate and up to date Drive Quality process improvements Manage and resolve any service issues and escalate where necessary Identify development needs for team and provide support Ensure safe working environment, adhering to Health and Safety procedures Any other duties required by company from time to timeCandidate Specification: Experience in managing Reporting & its Quality Assurance Experience in Service industry Ability to motivate, develop and supervise others Analytical and numerical, excellent attention to detail Good IT Skills & DMS Management Required.
