Responsibilities:1. Assign appropriate medical codes to diagnoses and procedures for patient medical records2. Review patient medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness of coding3. Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures as needed4. Adhere to all coding guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance with healthcare laws5. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations6. Stay up-to-date on coding changes and updates in the healthcare industry

- Key Responsibilities:1. Perform medical laboratory tests: Conduct various laboratory tests, such as blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.2. Maintain laboratory equipment: Ensure all laboratory equipment is in good working condition, calibrate and maintain instruments as necessary, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during testing.3. Record and analyze test results: Record all laboratory test results accurately, analyze data, and prepare reports for healthcare professionals to aid in patient care.4. Adhere to safety protocols: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues, and prevent any hazards in the laboratory.5. Collaborate with healthcare team: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results, and contribute to the overall patient care process.- Required Skills and Expectations:1. Educational background in relevant field: Possess a degree in BDS, BAMS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.Tech, BVSC, M.Pharma, M.Sc, M.Tech, or MVSC to meet the educational requirements for this position.2. Knowledge of medical laboratory testing: Familiarity with medical laboratory tests and procedures, as well as experience in conducting such tests, is necessary for this role.3.
