We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising channels.Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience targeting, ad creation, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPI, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value.Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign strategies to improve performance.Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales teams to develop high-converting marketing campaigns.Track user acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics using analytics tools.Manage app marketing campaigns and optimize app installs, user engagement, and retention where applicable.Develop remarketing and customer retention campaigns to maximize conversions.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
