Also, interaction with customer on plant optimization and feedback for improvement in performance if needed.Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of Pvsyst Knowledge of Advance Excel Analysis of plant with Pvsyst simulation on monthly basis with site measured data Energy and PR modelling for third party O&M with Pvsyst simulation Communication with internal and external stake holder for value added feedbacks on time to time from operation of plant. SOP Preparation & record keeping. Performance Analysis with analytical tool Preparation of contractual deliverables and monitoring.Technical Competencies: 0-2 + years experience in renewable field. Interested in solar technology Any certificate in solar technology (Like PV Syst/PV SOL/GSES/NISE) is desirable. B.E Electrical / Electronics & communications Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing in English. Experience with budget and business plan development

Designing of arrangements of the solar panels for Rooftop & Ground Mounted & other various supported Electrical equipments & selection of cables for plant including layouts & schematic diagrams and calculation of technical Sizing, BOQ/BOM End to end execution of solar projects (Rooftop & Ground Mounted).--- System & Component Failure Investigations / Root Cause Analysis AMC / Service Support.--- Understanding and designing in AutoCAD and coordinating with the installation team.--- Comfortable in traveling, required to travel & stay at various Work Location.--- Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract project specifications, and all applicable standards.--- Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system--- Responsible for complete project management through the installation, testing and commissioning of the system. Working with the company's other engineers and program managers to ensure customers needs are met.--- Develops plans, coordinates and directs the engineering work for a major project, or several smaller, but complex projects, or for the design within a specific discipline.--- Maintains engineering records, lists and reports as required to ensure compliance with the clients schedule, adherence to the budget, adherence to procurement specification, or to ensure engineering problems are monitored and resolved.--- Responsible for operational level understanding of the requirement of the client/customer, Site Visits, Site feasibility & Solar Systems Design and complete execution.
