Job Description - Sales TelecallerAntara is looking for experienced and empathetic Telecallers with a background in Physiotherapy, Nursing, or Healthcare Services to join the L2 Sales Team.Role Overview:The role involves connecting with pre-qualified leads shared by the Call Center team, understanding the patient/customers medical and care requirements, recommending suitable healthcare services, and driving final conversions.Key Responsibilities: Connect with qualified leads and understand patient care requirements in detail. Assess customer needs related to physiotherapy, nursing care, elder care, or medical support services. Explain and align Antara services as per the customers medical and lifestyle needs. Handle objections, build trust, and guide customers towards service enrollment. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service closure. Maintain accurate lead updates and follow-up records in the CRM. Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in Physiotherapy, Nursing, Healthcare Counseling, Medical Coordination, or similar healthcare background. Experience in Telecalling, Healthcare Sales, or Patient Coordination preferred. Strong communication, empathy, and objection-handling skills. Ability to build rapport with senior citizens and patient families. Basic understanding of healthcare and patient support services.
