Evaluate and monitor the patients progress. Administer medications by routes of intravenous injection, intramuscular injection, gastric tubes, sublingual, transdermal, subcutaneous, and by mouth (PO). Prepared to deliver intensive care in case of health emergencies, like sudden cardiac arrest or road accident etc. Monitors a patient's vital signs, including oxygen levels, respiratory rate, blood pressure, temperature and pulse rate. Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patients medical condition. Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members. Begin treatment and monitor doses. If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors. Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit. Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient. Maintain patient records. Create and implement effective care plans.

- Supervising patients visiting the hospital to seek treatment as in-patients and out-patients and ensuring a hassle-free medical care.-Responding to emergencies and assisting consultants in providing life support. Performing medical examinations and diagnosis.-Assist the management of patients, support consultants, attend and assist in emergencies.- Delivering high-quality clinical care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

-The RMO should be efficient and well versed in handling ICU Patients as per standard quality parameters.-The RMO should be efficient in handling Intubations, Catheterizations, Dialysis Catheterization, and Mechanical Ventilators etc.-The RMO Should posses the quality of Humility, and soft-spoken in all Patients-Relative dealings.-Required Working in an ICU, Intubations, and major cases mandatory.

Ensure preparation of the material and equipment in the OT, receive patients and take them from the preparation room to the OT, making sure they are ready for surgery Assist the the vital parameters of the patient Organize patient transportation surgeon and anesthetist during the operation, anticipating their needs in order to facilitate their job; with the nurse anesthetist, monitor from the OT to the recovery room and carry-out and/or supervise all the postoperative activities to prepare the OT for the next scheduled operation or emergency Implement the hygiene, sterilization, asepsis and disinfection protocols and procedures at all times, before, during and after operations, to ensure the safety conditions of patients and staff Supervise and train the nurse aides and cleaners while in the OT, following MSF protocols Control all equipment and material stock used in the OT to ensure efficient and rational use of material.
