-The RMO should be efficient and well versed in handling ICU ï¿½ï¿½Patients as per standard quality parameters.

-The RMO should be efficient in handling Intubations, Catheterizations, Dialysis Catheterization, and Mechanical Ventilators etc.

-The RMO Should posses the quality of Humility, and soft-spoken in all Patients-Relative dealings.

-Required Working in an ICU, Intubations, and major cases mandatory.
