Procurement & Vendor Management:Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for raw materials, electronic components, and equipment.Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to delays, quality concerns, or contract compliance.Purchase Planning & Cost Optimization:Plan purchases based on production schedules and inventory requirements.Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring high-quality standards.Optimize procurement processes to reduce lead time and improve efficiency.Work closely with the finance team to ensure cost control and budgeting adherence.Inventory & Logistics Coordination:Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimum inventory levels.Track incoming shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials.Handle import/export documentation and compliance for international procurement.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.Maintain purchase records, invoices, and contracts for audit purposes.Stay updated with market trends, new product developments, and regulatory changes in the electronics industry.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the engineering and quality control teams to procure components that meet technical specifications.Support R&D in sourcing new materials and components for prototype development.Collaborate with accounts for invoice verification and timely supplier payments.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.Familiarity with import/export regulations and supply chain logistics.

ResponsibilitiesAs an e-commerce executive, youll maintain all our sales touchpoints - website and online marketplaces - and oversee online sales, manage stock inventories, and optimize the overall customer experience.Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.Managing the smooth functioning of different online e-commerce platforms of an online retail company.Working closely with demand planning, merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure the fulfilment of orders on time.Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content and customer service.Analyze data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Reviewing stock levels and sales data to maintain a stable supply and demand status.Skills RequiredCreative and Strategic thinking abilities.Analytical skills.Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM).Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
