KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, blowers, valves, and pipelines. Monitor daily plant performance and report abnormalities. Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical systems. Ensure proper functioning of water treatment and wastewater treatment equipment. Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and reports. Coordinate with electrical and process teams for smooth plant operations. Follow safety standards and site operating procedures. Assist in spare parts management and inventory tracking.SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and rotating equipment. Understanding of pumps, motors, gearboxes, and valves. Willingness to work in field/site environment. Basic knowledge of water treatment processes (preferred). Good problem-solving and teamwork skills. Desired Skills / Competencies / Job Description:1. Monitor and manage the hosted Realtime-XLS application on daily basis including after office hours (XLS APIs, portals, Database, etc)2. Manage daily operations (batch processing, file exports/imports with third-parties, etc.)3. Deploy applications / patches in production / UAT4. 5 years+ experiences with at least one infra monitoring application like PRTG, Nagios, etc5. 3 years+ scripting experiences in one or more of the following scripting languages - PERL, Python, bash, ksh6. At least 3+ years on managing platforms hosted on public clouds like Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud7. Infrastructure security should have operated / managed atleast 1-2 production environments which are PCI-DSS or ISO-27001 certified. Should be familiar with related processes, assessment exercises, evidencing, etc8. Basic knowledge of Database (administration) concepts and Java / J2EE / NodeJS application (installation)9. Basic understanding about networking concepts and related troubleshooting like TCP/IP, routing10. Experience in managing application servers like Tomcat, NodeJS, etc11. 3 years+ experience in monitoring batch jobs using industry-standard workflow automation tool (e.g. BMC Control-M, CA-Autosys, IBM TWS, ASG Workload Automation / Scheduling Solutions)12. Webserver installation and configuration13. At least 3 years experience in customer-facing roles14. Knowledge on Administration, Monitoring System performance and preparing Statistical analysis15. Knowledge of POS terminals and payment network infrastructure is a big Plus16. Understanding of the retail payment/banking industry is a plus17.
