While experience is not mandatory, a passion for teaching is essential.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Conduct Interactive Sessions:** Engage with students through live online classes, using interactive tools to make learning enjoyable and effective.- **Create Learning Materials:** Prepare and develop lesson plans, quizzes, and study aids tailored to the curriculum and the needs of your students.- **Assess Student Progress:** Regularly evaluate student performance through tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.- **Support Student Queries:** Answer questions and clarify doubts promptly, ensuring that students have a clear understanding of the material.- **Foster a Positive Learning Environment:** Build a supportive relationship with students, encouraging them to participate actively and develop a love for learning.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Strong knowledge of the subject matter, especially in technical fields relevant to B.C.A or B.E. graduates.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain concepts clearly and effectively.- Patience and adaptability to work with diverse learning styles and different age groups.- Basic proficiency in online teaching tools and platforms, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to motivate and engage students.
