The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, assisting staff with various day-to-day tasks, and performing general errands to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.Key Responsibilities:Office Maintenance & Cleanliness:Ensure all office areas, including workstations, common areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms, are clean, tidy, and organized throughout the day.Perform basic cleaning tasks such as dusting furniture, sweeping/mopping floors, and wiping surfaces.Manage waste disposal, ensuring waste bins are emptied regularly and segregated appropriately.Ensure drinking water is replenished and available for staff and visitors.Administrative & Clerical Support:Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and binding of documents.Distribute internal mail, memos, circulars, and documents to various departments or individuals within the office.Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments for staff, guests, and during meetings.Assist with setting up meeting rooms before meetings and clearing them afterwards.Errands & Logistics:Run local errands outside the office, such as depositing checks, collecting documents from banks or other offices, or delivering small packages.Purchase office supplies, groceries, and other necessary items as instructed by the supervisor.Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing deliveries of office supplies or other materials.Guest & Staff Assistance:Warmly greet visitors, clients, and guests, guide them to the appropriate person or meeting room, and offer refreshments.Assist staff members with carrying files, moving small office equipment, or other general tasks as requested.Other Duties:Perform any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management to ensure efficient office functioning.
