Overview:Greenland Properties Private Limited is seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Boy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations by providing support in various tasks including making tea/coffee, basic housekeeping, and maintaining cleanliness. The Office Boy will play a crucial role in upholding the company's professional image and ensuring a conducive work environment.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve tea/coffee to employees and guests as per their preferences.Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the office premises, including pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.Perform basic housekeeping duties such as dusting, mopping, and cleaning of office equipment.Ensure all office supplies such as tea/coffee ingredients, cleaning materials, and toiletries are adequately stocked.Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging furniture as required.Run errands outside the office premises as assigned.Maintain a record of pantry and cleaning supplies usage and report to the designated authority for replenishment.Adhere to company policies and procedures, including punctuality and attendance.

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as - Sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. Restrooms Cleaning Making of Tea and Coffee. Vacuuming Floor and all cabins. Cleaning of Office Premises. Notifying managers of necessary repairs. Cleaning and stocking restrooms. Dustbin garbage removal. Taking Care of Hygiene and Cleaning of office Perks and Benefits - Refreshments/tea/coffee and Snacks provided. Every Friday lunch will be provided. Notes - Should be flexible in any shift.
