As an Office Accountant, your main responsibility will be to manage financial tasks that support the smooth running of our office in Gwalior. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy working with numbers.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Financial Records: You will be responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date financial records, which includes tracking transactions and generating financial reports.- Process Invoices and Payments: You will handle the invoicing process, ensuring that all invoices are sent, received, and processed on time while managing payments to suppliers.- Reconcile Bank Statements: Monthly reconciliation of bank statements will be part of your duties to ensure that all financial data aligns with our records.- Assist in Budget Preparation: You will support the budgeting process by providing financial information and forecasts that help in planning and managing office expenses.- Prepare Financial Reports: Generating regular financial reports will be necessary for helping management understand the offices financial health.Required Skills and Expectations:- A degree in B.C.A, B.Sc, or an Advanced/Higher Diploma is preferred.- Proficiency in accounting software and strong computer skills, especially in spreadsheets, are essential.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information is crucial.- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders.- A positive attitude and the willingness to learn and grow within the role are highly valued.
