Nursing Administrationo Supervise and coordinate the overall functioning of the nursing department.o Ensure adequate nursing staff deployment in all wards, ICU, emergency, OT, and other clinical areas.o Prepare and monitor duty rosters and staff allocation.o Ensure proper handover and shift management.2. Patient Care & Clinical Standardso Ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.o Monitor compliance with nursing procedures, clinical protocols, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.o Conduct regular rounds and inspect nursing areas for compliance and cleanliness.o Ensure proper maintenance of nursing records and documentation.3. Staff Managemento Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, grooming, and dress code of nursing staff.o Address staff grievances and performance-related issues.o Coordinate orientation and training programs for nursing staff.o Identify training needs and ensure mandatory training is completed.4.
