Nooras goal is to expand its current work in India and to serve patients where we will develop, launch and implement a context-specific, needs based, interactive, and adaptable intervention. Currently Noora Health has been supporting the local health authorities in mitigating COVID-19 pandemic by creating awareness through digital media and tele-training platforms. This is being implemented through training the field staff / community workers of the NGO partners. Training is virtually done and has been receiving huge demand from more NGO partners to train their field staff. This service expansion needs the Training Manager who will be helping the organization in designing, developing and delivering training. Post pandemic, the Training Manager will help the organization in expanding its flagship Care Companion Program across India.

Experience of 5 - 7 years. Minimum 3 years of training experience is preferred
