Excellent Spoken English skills.Logging call received by Business Users from Email/Phone/WebHardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops / laptops.OS Support on Windows 7, Windows 10 & other System Software support.Software Support on MS Office, O365, Office Automation, Anti-virus software & E-Mail Client(Outlook).Providing Remote Support to the calls loggedConfigure / troubleshoot Network connectivity of desktops / laptopsTroubleshooting issues related to Internet, Intranet.Laptop/Desktop Encryption Support.Configuring the printers & resolving print related issues of the users.Support for VPN connectivity support.Escalating and Coordinating with respective team in case the issue is not resolved with the initial troubleshooting.Co-ordinate and escalation with other support groups.
