Job Title: Fiber Network ArchitectLocation: GurgaonDepartment: Network EngineeringExperience Required: Minimum 5 years in fiber network architecture or planningEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fiber Network Architect to lead the planning, design, and optimization of fiber optic networks in Gurgaon and surrounding regions. This role involves developing scalable network architectures for backbone, distribution, and access layers that meet current and future connectivity demands.Key Responsibilities:Design high-performance fiber networks, including FTTx, metro, and long-haul architectures.Define network topology, core infrastructure layouts, and route engineering based on urban and semi-urban deployment needs.Conduct technical feasibility studies, site surveys, and risk assessments for new deployments.Prepare detailed network schematics, BoQs, and rollout plans using tools such as GIS, AutoCAD, and network simulation software.Collaborate with planning, field execution, procurement, and vendor teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.Evaluate and integrate new technologies (GPON, XGS-PON, DWDM, etc.) into the network design.Optimize fiber routes for cost, redundancy, and scalability.Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, ROW requirements, and local guidelines.Provide technical leadership to planning and deployment teams and support post-deployment network optimization.Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in fiber network design and architecture, preferably in an ISP environment.Strong understanding of FTTx technologies, passive and active components, and optical transmission systems.Hands-on experience with GIS tools, AutoCAD, network planning software, and documentation platforms.Knowledge of regulatory compliance, municipal ROW policies, and network standards (ITU, IEEE, TEC).Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Design:o Lead the technical design and implementation of complex software modules primarily in C/C++ and Golang for telecom applications, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices.o Actively participate in architectural discussions, evaluate technical options, and contribute to decisions that shape the future of our telecom platforms.o Translate high-level requirements into detailed technical designs and guide the team through implementation. Software Development & Engineering:o Develop, test, and debug high-performance, low-latency code in both C/C++ and Golang for mission-critical telecom systems.o Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, focusing on quality and maintainability.o Integrate and optimize software components within a Linux environment, ensuring optimal resource utilization. Kubernetes & Cloud Native Operations:o Design and implement solutions leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration, deployment, and lifecycle management of telecom applications.o Understand and apply cloud-native principles to optimize applications for deployment in containerized environments.o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes deployments, pods, services, and underlying infrastructure. Telecom Domain Application:o Apply a solid understanding of telecom protocols, standards (e.g., 5G, 4G, IMS, VoIP, SDN/NFV), and network architectures to ensure solutions meet industry requirements.o Address performance, reliability, and security challenges inherent in real-time telecom systems. Mentorship & Collaboration:o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their growth and development.o Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.o Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and operations to ensure seamless product delivery. Performance & Optimization:o Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in C/C++ and Golang applications and Linux environments.o Implement strategies for efficient resource utilization and system stability.

Sound Technology Knowledge on Network Solutions across multiple OEMs in Infrastructure Network Domain.Sound Technology knowledge on SDA/SD WAN Solutions for well known OEMs including Cisco ,Meraki ,Aruba ..Sound Understanding of Integrating Network- Security Solution SASE for well known OEMs including Cisco , Fortigate , Palo AltoExpertise in design/solutioning of Virtualized infrastructure (Vmware) for networkingcomponents including cloud (Azure/AWS) deployments.Experience in design and managing Data Centre network and securityReview customer context, analyze and produce Solution ideation, Solution designing.Technical architect with significant experience in designing and deployment large Enterprise network solutions related to Enterprise WAN/LAN/Security and experience with multi technology for large enterprise clients or ISPs with good presentation skills.Hands-on Solutioning, Designing experience on SDX domain including SDA/SDWAN/SASECapabilities supported include network function virtualization, WAN/LAN, data center networks, network security, software defined networks (SDN)/Networks as a programmable service including cloud.Exposure in Wireless technologies like Cisco Aironet, Meraki , Mist etcProvide Subject Matter Expertise for Network Solutions with heavy participation in new technologies/ customer requirements. Qualification: BE/ B Tech(EE/ ECE)Job Description: Pre-Bid Engineering, Estimation of Telecom systems for Oil & Gas / Infrastructure / Utility and Energy sector projects. Formulate telecom engineering designs associated with project scope with respect to FDS, FEED, FAT, SAT, and timely resolution of technical and engineering issues in coordination with engineering Team. CCTV, Access Control, PAGA, LAN/WAN, SDH, Fiber Optic, Data Networks, PIDS, Voice, Data, Audio/Video Systems. Develop design scope and ensure that all related deliverables are in compliance with applicable Codes, standards and project requirements. Quantify commercial & technical risks. Handing over of proposal to project group on receipt of purchase order with all back-up document Experience with Oil & Gas / Industrial / Utility and Energy sector clients in India and GCC is must.

Job Description:The candidate must have-1. A good writing, reading and talking skills.2. At least 6 months experience as network/ desktop engineer.3. Knowledge of configuring IP address in IP-devices such as CCTV, Telephone, Network hub, layer-2 & Layer-3 switches, routers etc.4. Experience of creation of LAN, WAN, VLAN etc. and troubleshooting of network.5. Knowledge of Installing/Uninstalling, configuration and troubleshooting of MS windows and Server Windows.6. Knowledge of Basic passive networking like making RJ-45 connectors, IOs, etc.7. Willing to travel as per project requirements.
