Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered). Skills: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.o Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. o Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines. o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). o Problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach. o Knowledge of background verification or HR services is an advantage but not a mandate. Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, team player, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Work Environment Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (on-site).
