Process Engineer - Full Time

Hands-on experience in handling Plastic Injection Moulding Machines from 350T to 3500T for

automotive component moulding.

 Independently manage process setting, parameter optimization, cycle time reduction, rejection

control, and productivity improvement.

 Expertise in handling Small to large Injection moulds of Bumpers & Instrument Panels etc. with

Hot Runner / Sequential Valve Gate Systems.

 Strong troubleshooting skills for moulding defects such as:

o Sink Marks

o Flash

o Short Moulding

o Warpage

o Weld Lines

o Burn Marks

o Tiger Marks

o Other process-related defects

 Experience with robot automation / take-out systems.

 Conducting mould trials, mould validation, and process approvals.

 Close coordination with Mould Assembly and Quality Engineering teams.

 Good knowledge of engineering resins and raw materials such as:

PP, ABS, PC, ASA, PBT , Glass-filled / Mineral-filled materials, etc.

 Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing.

 Capability to handle OEM audits, customer visits, and process discussions.

 Experience in export mould trials, sample approvals, and packaging support.

 Ensure full Safety Compliance on shop floor.
