You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing MacBook hardware and software issues at customer locations. The position offers flexible working hours, allowing for both full-time and part-time commitments.Key Responsibilities:Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs of MacBook devices, including hardware replacements, software troubleshooting, and system upgrades.Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues and solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MacBook models, operating systems, and common issues.Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.Manage and document all service requests, repairs, and follow-ups.Travel to customer locations within the designated area to perform on-site services.Requirements:Proven experience as a MacBook technician or similar role, with strong technical skills in hardware and software repair.In-depth knowledge of MacBook models, macOS, and related technologies.Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Compensation:This position is commission-based, with earnings dependent on the number of jobs completed.
