Approval in Microbiology is preferred.Conduct microbiological analysis on various samples including raw materials, finished products, water, and environmental monitoring samples using techniques such as microbial enumeration, microbial identification, endotoxin testing, sterility testing, and microbial limits testingPerform environmental monitoring of manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirementsMaintain and calibrate laboratory equipment used for microbiological testing Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all testing procedures, results, and laboratory investigations in accordance with regulatory guidelines

Required Microbiologist for Pharmaceuticals Companyexperience :- 1-7 Yearssalary :- 25 K

Preparation of Varios Microbial media & cultivation of microbes using standardmicrobiological method.Documentation of Microbiology Laboratory.Conduct microbial limit test of raw material ,Semi finish goods (Bulk), FG, & TPMproductsMicrobiological monitoring of environment in production area.Sampling of in-process as well as finish product and water system at variousspecified points.Marinating records for fumigation in microbiological area.Routing calibration of all instruments used in microbiological area.To Maintain & promote GMP & GHK practices in plant premises.

Sampling & Microbiological analysis of all the incoming RMs & PMs and outgoing FGs.Handling and calibration of all the Microbiological instruments and Equipment.Microbiology of water, hand & product contact surfaces swab, environmental air.Microbiological data entry and record keeping.Media handling and consumption record keeping.Verification of effectiveness of cleaning by allergen swab stick.Shelf life study of SKUs.Handling RMs, PMs & FGs with high microbiological load.Key Result Areas:Microbiological analysis & reporting of all the incoming RMs & PMs and outgoing FGs for the compliance.Handling RMs, PMs & FGs with high microbiological load.Personal Attributes:Able to communicate and motivate coherently (both written & verbally)Good supervisory & planning, & training skills
