Before dialysis assess hemodynamic status, indication of dialysis, vascular access, and any comorbid illness. During dialysis overall direct monitoring including dialysis prescription, care of vascular access, adequacy of flow, complications and maintaining liaison and follow nephrologist instructions. At the End/ time of closure check access sites, hemodynamic status, and complication and give instructions as needed. For inpatient (if any) assess patients at least once in the ward after dialysis. Have working knowledge of dialysis machines, water treatment, plant, ventilators, defibrillator, and other equipment in the renal unit. Ensure implementation of all guidelines and SOPs provided by the Consultant Nephrologist Ensure communication regarding patient care with Consultant Nephrologist on a daily basis through teleconferencing/telemedicine. Ensure all records/reports are in place

The MO will network with the hospital management, consultants, pharmacist and other stakeholders to achieve the program deliverables. MO shall be responsible for training, capacity building, establishing policies at the assigned Hospital with help of Project Leads. MO will record, monitor, and supervise the key indicators of the program at the hospital site The MO will supervise and roll out on-site training for nursing staff with the dedicated Infection Control Nurse MO will be responsible for periodic reporting of the project in the specified formats to the Project LeaderDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MO should be aware with Project Design and Responsibilities MO should be aware of all IPC practices, AMS and QI Support Project teams in carrying out hospital-based IPC and AMS baseline assessment Form IC Team in Hospitalassigned to him/her.
