production engineer - looking for daily production scheduling and management, manpower management, maintenance of machines, quality supervision and control of daily production jobs, shopfloor development through kaizen and 5S, should expertise in Computer with MS office and internet with email, AUTOCAD 14 prefered, should have own bike with permenant driving license, Skills for ISO9001, ISO14001, OSHAS 18001 documentation.

Key Responsibilities:Preventative Maintenance:Conducting regular inspections, servicing, and maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend their lifespan. Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnosing mechanical issues, identifying the root cause, and performing necessary repairs or replacements. Installation and Upgrades:Assisting with the installation of new equipment, as well as upgrading existing systems to improve efficiency and performance. Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts replacements, and equipment performance. Safety Compliance:Ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and procedures. Collaboration:Working with other departments, such as operations and production, to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions. Supervision and Training:May be involved in supervising and training junior maintenance staff. Cost Management:Contributing to the maintenance budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Continuous Improvement:Evaluating new technologies and suggesting improvements to equipment reliability and performance.
