This provides insight into employee satisfaction and areas for improvement.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees. A basic understanding of HR functions is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, is necessary for data management and reporting.
