This will help you understand how talent acquisition works.- **Employee Onboarding:** Help in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation sessions. This ensures new employees feel welcomed and informed.- **Maintaining Records:** Organize and maintain employee personnel files and HR documents.
