We are looking for a dedicated Store Supervisor to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience who have completed at least their 10th grade education. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a positive experience for both customers and staff. - Oversee Store Operations: Manage day-to-day activities in the store to ensure a smooth workflow, including stock management and employee supervision.- Manage Staff: Lead and motivate store staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures for effective performance.- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers, addressing any inquiries or issues to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, placing orders when stock is low and organizing products efficiently on the sales floor.- Sales Tracking: Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management to help in strategizing further sales efforts.To be successful in this role, candidates should possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to work well under pressure. Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.-Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts-Mainly focusing on Top A&B class outlets-Converting Dormant buyers.-Credit Analysis and recovery.-Building business relationships with current and potential Buyers-Assisting buyers with promotional and other offers-Resolving key issues which might be facing.-Collaborating with the Manager on sales goals & highlighting key issues
