Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture/interior solutions
Generate sales through effective product presentation and upselling
Prepare quotations and follow up on leads
Coordinate with design and operations teams for order execution
Maintain customer database and ensure high conversion ratios
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale follow-up
Requirements
2+ years of experience in furniture, interiors, or retail sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and space planning basics
Target-driven and customer-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / billing software
Preferred
Experience in modular furniture or home décor brands
Interior design exposure is an added advantage
