Basically, you will be acting as an intermediary between the college's TPO department and the company and thereby enhancing the network for the company. Requirement: 1. Good Communication Skills 2. Interpersonal Skills 3. Presentable 4. Knowledge about Excel 5. Listening & Convincing Skills Roles and responsibilities - 1. Connecting to the various TPO's of the colleges in order to get training to be held in their campuses. 2. Working for the training to be held on 'Target Based' 3. Creating a good rapport with the TPO's and creating networks in the educational institutions.4. Working closely in 'Campus Connects' and 'Placements' of the colleges. 5. Connecting & Convincing Colleges for training 6. Connecting colleges and schedule the Virtual & face-to-face meeting. 7. Repo building with colleges Commercials: 1. The first 2 months will be the contract period Salary First 2 Months-8500 (Contract)3rd month - 12000(Depending on the Performance )Job Type: Work from Home Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm Working Days: Monday to Saturday All the best!!
