Undergoing training to have complete understanding of products provided by company2. Appoint Retailers & meet them in order to maintain sales volume, capture orders and understand if any issues3. Generate Sales through Retailers.4. Increase consumer awareness through promotional activities5. Search for B2B clients and ensure Sales as per given targets.6. Appoint team to assist & support on all activities.7. To maintain relationship with Channel Partners & ensure their retention8. Will be responsible and accountable for achieving assigned sales target9. Taking Channel partner feedback10. Ensure timely payment collectionExperience & Skills: 3-5 years experience, Minimum 2 year in FMCG Channel Sales will be preferable Relationship Building Skills & strong follow up skills Team Building Problem Solving & Negotiation Skills Ready to travel local & outstationCTC: Negotiable based on experience

DescriptionThe Executive would have to:Making appointments with Truck-owners and pitching blackbuck offerings Convince fleet owners to purchase blackbuck services after negotiating pricesUpsell the existing onboard truckers with Tyre Sales / Insurance /Fastag/GPS/ Fuel Cards etcTrain Truckers about basic usage of the Blackbuck product/applicationEscalation Management and Handholding truckers with after sales service
