Statutory Compliance & Liaison*- 100% compliance - Factories Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Standing Orders- Govt. Liaison - Labour Department, Factory Inspector, PF/ESI Office- Lead ISO Audits, Customer Audits on HR & Labour Compliance*3. Talent Acquisition & HR Operations*- Complete recruitment - Operators, Engineers, Staff & Leadership - Plant + HO- Manage HRMS, Attendance, Payroll inputs, Leave, HR MIS & Reports- Drive PMS - KRA/KPI setting, Performance Review, Increments*4.
