End to End HR (Hire, Recruit, Train New Staff ) & Well versed with IR Activities like Union Handling, Employees Welfare, Admin Roll Canteen & Travel Desk/ Transport Facility, A etc.

Towards Decision making discuss with Top Management. Preparing MIS Reports, Any other task Assigned by HOD.
