Key Responsibilities Lead Quality Assurance activities across incoming, in-process and final inspection. Develop, implement and maintain QMS procedures, SOPs, work instructions and qualityrecords. Handle customer complaints, NCR, CAPA, 8D and root-cause analysis. Conduct internal, supplier and process audits and support external/customer audits. Ensure compliance with applicable ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 and customer-specificrequirements. Monitor quality KPIs, rejection, rework, customer complaints and process performance. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Tool Room, Purchase and R&D for qualityimprovement. Establish and monitor inspection plans, control plans, SPC and MSA. Manage calibration of measuring and testing equipment. Approve/review PPAP, FAI, inspection reports and validation documents as applicable. Lead continuous improvement and defect-reduction initiatives. Manage QA/QC team and ensure timely completion of inspection and documentation.Required Skills Strong knowledge of 7 QC Tools, SPC, MSA, FMEA, CAPA, 8D and Root CauseAnalysis. Good understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, measuring instruments andmanufacturing processes. Experience in medical devices/engineering manufacturing will be preferred. Strong team-management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
